Sound Healing Experience
Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and join Sober & Curious Boston for a peaceful evening of relaxation, mindfulness, and connection at beautiful Bourne Scenic Park.
Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master Practitioner Adrienne Andersen of Alchemy with Adrienne will guide us through a restorative sound healing experience designed to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and promote a sense of calm and well-being. Using crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and breathwork, you'll be invited to slow down, recharge, and simply be present.
Whether you're completely new to sound healing or have experienced it before, this welcoming event is open to all experience levels.
Following the experience, everyone is invited to stay for an optional social with the SCB community featuring complimentary non-alcoholic beverages provided by Curious Elixirs.
