Join Sober & Curious Boston and Boxygen for a beginner-friendly Boxing & Fitness class combining boxing fundamentals, HIIT, and technical instruction.
No experience is required, and modifications are encouraged. If you have your own boxing gloves, please bring them. Gloves and hand wraps will also be available for anyone who needs them.
