What does it mean to not only get sober, but to feel secure in ourselves, our relationships, and our connections with others?
In Sober Secure, Nina explores how our earliest experiences of attachment shape the way we love, connect, and navigate relationships throughout our lives. Drawing on attachment theory, somatic practices, and her own experience in recovery, she offers a compassionate approach to healing old patterns, developing emotional security, and building meaningful relationships.
We'll begin this special event with a guided somatic practice led by Nina, giving participants an opportunity to experience some of the body-based approaches that inform her work.
Following the practice, we'll host a moderated conversation exploring the themes of Sober Secure. We'll conclude with an audience Q&A, giving attendees an opportunity to ask Nina their own questions. Questionscan be submitted in advance to info@sobercuriousboston.com or during the event.
Whether you're sober, sober curious, in recovery, or simply interested in understanding yourself and your relationships more deeply, this conversation offers an opportunity to explore what it means to feel secure, connected, and fully present in our lives.
